1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Alt+Delever for any service — including custom development, prebuilt SaaS products, or consulting — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Alt+Delever provides software development, design, and technology consulting services to clients. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or invoice.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom work product created for a client becomes the intellectual property of that client. Alt+Delever retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Prebuilt SaaS products are licensed, not sold. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use and modify the software for your own business. Resale or redistribution of prebuilt products is not permitted without written consent.

4. Payment

Custom development projects require a 50% upfront deposit before work begins, with the remainder due on delivery. Prebuilt SaaS products require full payment upfront. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Alt+Delever warrants that deliverables will substantially conform to the agreed specification. We provide 30 days of bug-fix support at no additional cost post-delivery. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for 2 years.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. Work completed to the termination date is billable at the agreed rate. The upfront deposit is non-refundable unless Alt+Delever terminates without cause.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
